Hello and welcome to Carrot Station Bakery, a little slice of my dream mixed with flour and passion! I'm Laura Rojas, the heart and hands behind these baked delights.
Originally from Colombia, I embarked on a journey that led me to the US back in 2019.
While my academic path began in the world of chemical engineering, I've always believed that my calling was in the art of baking. The precision and creativity it requires contrasted well with my engineering mindset, and eventually, my love for this craft led me to pursue it professionally.
Here at Carrot Station, every product tells a story – a blend of my Colombian heritage, engineering precision, and bits of innovation. I believe in trying new things, constantly experimenting with flavors and decorations to bring something unique to your table.
When I'm not in the bakery, you might find me enjoying the simple pleasures of life – having fun with my family, cuddling with my dogs, savoring a good meal, or relaxing with a glass of wine. These moments of joy and relaxation are what I aim to bring to you through my baked goods.
